Great that you are doing this! ZeroHedge has an article today referring to Nishad Singh as the one enabling SBF to bypass campaign donation limits fraudulently using Alameda client money.

Singh is believed to be the executive who donated to Oregon Democrats.

Yeah, this is the perfunctory civil fine that I mentioned in my letter to the AG. They arrive at the fine amount by multiplying the number of days the thing (in this case the amended contributor identification) is filed late by the amount of the donation by some set amount. Fagan had no discretion in levying the fine. The criminal investigation, which is what my complaint addresses, is still live and she has lots of discretion in that, which is why her conflict of interest is such a problem.
