Probably, yes. However, my federal elections commission complaint against him for his office being middle-people for FTX donation to DPO is still pending. May or may not be noteworthy that I filed the Wyden complaint before I filed the Hoyle complaint. The FEC has closed and dismissed the Hoyle complaint, but not yet the Wyden complaint.

Was it ethics that kept Sen Wyden from practicing law, or did he just flunk the bar exam 3 times?
Good question. Perhaps he saw politics more profitable with less risk.
