Kotek has been scrambling to fog the many fund-raising and influence-peddling scandals surrounding her (and her wife). She'll probably pull it off. The Oregonian reporting was cited--but the paper hasn't been terribly interested in going down that rabbit-hole.

Probably, yes. However, my federal elections commission complaint against him for his office being middle-people for FTX donation to DPO is still pending. May or may not be noteworthy that I filed the Wyden complaint before I filed the Hoyle complaint. The FEC has closed and dismissed the Hoyle complaint, but not yet the Wyden complaint.
