This story just gets worse and worse. Credit to you, Jeff & Roundup, for bringing attention. Shame all other media, for your failure to cover. Or am I mistaken? Anybody else on this? I have seen nothing.

I love that the agency response is woke finger wagging about values “enshrined” within the agency. So Oregon. So perfectly Oregon. Surprised she didn’t manage to call you racist.

"OHA paid Uplifting Journey $2.3 million in drug and alcohol treatment Medicaid reimbursements for reported dates of service from April 15, 2024 to March 14, 2025."

That would have filled a lot of pot holes....

Amy Bacher should be terminated for her ridiculous propaganda. What individuals actually sought care from Uplifting Journey? The woman seeking care for getting her hand drilled by an illegal drug gang member does not count.

Likewise, Jon Collins needs to go as well for allowing this to happen on his watch.

However, we all know that Bacher and Collins will likely get raises and promotions.

Why anyone wants to give the government more money and more power is beyond me.

And yet both Oregon and Washington’s AG are suing the Trump Administration because they have threatened to withhold Federal Medicaid funds until they can assure same the State is taking active steps to prevent (and prosecute) these sorts of frauds. It seems to me the AGs are going after the wrong parties.

Blinded by ideology, JR.

“Everyone has a right to seek care. It’s enshrined in state law and in OHA’s values that people should not be discriminated against for seeking health care.”

What’s the sound of a lead balloon landing?

A lot bigger thud than the run-of-the-mill midwit grift pervasive to these government-funded money troughs.

This is what a career leftist government gets you. They act with impunity shielded by "state law", the very laws they enact to protect themselves from gross mismanagement.

I question in light of the recent reversal of the 'Chevron Doctrine' if state officials can hide behind such an excuse.

Ah Oregon No competence, no accountability, no responsibility, no consequences and no successes. Also no value of the taxpayers money except perhaps the value of distributing it to "Non Profits" that seem to be able to recycle a percentage back to the right folks

200,000 registered citizens are calling out this Governor and supporting legislative members on the gas tax. You are on notice, Kotax, Rayfield, Read, et al. Fraud and mismanagement ends now.

It's time to clean the rodents out of the marble nut house.
