Versa Force LLC (UBI 605 640 129) in Washington state was dissolved on April 3. WA SOS shows this address: 19100 61ST AVE NE APT C, KENMORE, WA, 98028-3263 and Stuart Nkuba as the agent.
It was likely administratively dissolved due to non-renewal (not uncommon). Looks to me like it's an office space in a low-rent office building. A number of Julius Maximo entities are similarly situated.
Thanks! It would have surprised me if it were occupied. Uplifting Journey's Portland HQ was closed and abandoned, as were the other offices of related companies I've checked out since last summer.

We are still without any stability. No help or assistance. We have nothing and half our belongings are destroyed due to them kicking us out suddenly and illegally as they were being exposed to the elements.
We are both disabled and this program was supposed to help us, guide us to a stable mindset as well as housing stability so we could finally have a safe place to call home with our pets and kiddo. Now we are worse off.
This must be further investigated. We need someone like Jeff Eager on the Washington side of this. They are being widely affected by the fraud.
As for us, we will take it a day at a time, do our best to manage our illnesses, look for ways to serve them legally, and hope some sort of miracle is in store for our family.

I see some trends and believe said trends are probably why OHA is afraid to do anything about the abuse, fraud, and waste.

When I worked at OHA that's how they hid docs from public records requests. Anything they didn't want out there they said was a doc owned by a CCO.

Maximo doesn't live at that address anymore. He had moved out by late Sept. 2025.
